Refunds

Please choose carefully, under Australian Consumer Law, Midland Sand and Soil Supplies are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind on the purchase. 

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or fault. This is when the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, the item is unsafe, the item is significantly different from sample or description, doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. 

Please keep your proof of purchase: Your receipt. Please note a $25 admin fee will be charged for all refunds or products returned due to change of mind.
